Returns & Exchanges

At Dancing Goats® Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew; if you are unhappy with your coffee or merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we are happy to assist with quality concerns or equipment defects.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return or exchange request.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the unused items or defective equipment in the original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
