We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer customizable subscriptions where you can choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency to save 15% on every order.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team so we can find a solution you'll love.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Do you provide pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend buying whole bean for maximum freshness, we do offer various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press upon request.
